Your recycled part from this dealer is covered by this limited warranty unless specifically excluded in writing at the time of sale.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the part and only as long as the part is still installed in the vehicle for which it was originally purchased for --- days, or for longer if an extended warranty is purchased, The warranty is not transferable.If any defect is discovered during the warranty period, The Dealer must be informed immediately. All claims must be accompanied by the part and the original sales receipt. Defects must be verified and all work under this warranty authorized by the Dealer. Transportation cost of any part to the Dealer is specifically excluded from this warranty. The Dealer reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any part at its option. Such repair, replacement or refund will satisfy all oboigations under this warranty. Any improper use, abuse (including but not limited to overheating of low oil in engines and transmissions), neglect, careless handling, damage done by improper installation or repairs or removal of a part from vehicle in which it was first installed after purchase form the Dealer shall void this warranty. Melting of heat tabs installed by the Dealer if applicable will be considered evidence of overheating. Labor costs, including the cost of moving attached external parts from the purchaser's old part to the Dealer part, seals, gaskets, fluids and similar supplies are specifically excluded from this warranty.

The Dealer warrants to the original purchaser the internal parts of its engines to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of sale. The parts covered by this warranty are the engine block, cylinder head with valves, can shaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons, piston rings, oil pump, crankshaft, and beatings, rocker arms, valve lifters and other internal parts. Excluded from this warranty are the carburetor, fuel pump, water pump, all electrical parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injector pumps, all other injection parts and all other external parts, Calibration and adjustment of excluded parts is also excluded from this warranty. This warranty is void if new oil, oil filter and new timing belt are not used in installation.

The Dealer warrants to the original purchaser its transmission to be free of defects for a period of -- days from the date of sale. The parts covered by this warranty are the transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter. Excluded from this warranty are the transmission mounts, shifting linkage, flywheel, all other external parts and problems that result from not installing new front and rear main seals and transmission filter when installing the transmission.

The Dealer warrants to the original purchaser that recycled parts sold by it will be free of defects for a period of -- days form the date of purchase. Properly installed and refinished sheet metal parts are guaranteed for an amount op to their original price against rust and corrosion for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The Dealer guarantees no labor costs unless specific installation warranty coverage is purchased under the terms and conditions of this section and billed on the same invoice as the part for which it was purchased.
At the time of the return of the part covered by this warranty to the Dealer, the Dealer will pay the original purchaser of the part listed on its invoice the amount noted on that invoice as labor warranty if the Dealer determines that the part failed within the period of the original Limited Parts Warranty, all conditions of the original Limited Parts Warranty were met, and that the part must be replaced. The Dealer retains all rights under the Limited Parts Warranty including the right to repair rather than replace any part covered by that warranty. This limited installation warranty is not included with any part from the Dealer bur must be purchased separately. The charge for this limited installation warranty must be billed on the same invoice as the part for which it was purchased. The limited installation warranty covers only the specific part described by part type and the Dealer stock number on the invoice. The liability and obligation of the Dealer under this warranty shall not exceed the amount of time period shown on the original invoice and shall not include any inconvenience, transportation, towing (including towing to any repair facility), down time, or direct or indirect or consequent damage, or delay resulting from any defect.

To protect all extended warranties, the following precautions are required:

Engines: Cooling systems will be tested and flushed, cooling fans are working properly, proper verification of normal service and maintenance every 4,000 miles will be maintained, Servicing required on external timing belts prior to installation because belt failure could result in extensive damage. Heat tabs will be placed on every engine sold.

Transmissions: All transmissions sold are drained and will need to be serviced with new oil, filter, front and rear seals. Transmission cooling systems must be flushed.

Air Conditioning components: On all A/C parts sold, the system will need to have new refrigerant oil. The system also needs to be vacuum tested before being charged with freon.

Hydraulic Parts: All parts that are driven hydraulically or require hydraulics will need to have old fluid flushed out before replacement part in installed.

Axles: All carrier assemblies and axle assemblies are drained and must have the proper lubricant added when installed.

All warranties are NON-TRANSFERABLE. All claims on extended warranty must be authorized by your salesman prior to having repair done. Failure to follow the above required procedures may result in voiding extended warranty.
